Prioritize your spiritual health and watch your physical health fall in line

Rooted in Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” & Ephesians 2:8: “For by grace you have been saved through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast”.

This community is passionate about living out our faith in Jesus Christ & is built on the principle that when we prioritize our relationship with God and seek His will above all else, everything else falls into place.

Identity. Healing. Fitness. All in Jesus.

Would you believe me if I said that discipline, consistency, and deliverance are possible—not through striving, but through surrender?

For 26 years, I wrestled with rejection, self-idolatry, and a desperate need for approval. I placed my identity in everything but God—my appearance, success, relationships, and even sex. I tried to earn my worth, but no matter what I achieved, I was still empty. That void? Only Jesus could fill it. What I truly needed was the love of God—and when I encountered it, He changed everything. He saved me.

“You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” — Jeremiah 29:13

Even after being born again, I believed I had to clean myself up to stay worthy of God's love. I slipped back into striving—thinking if I followed all the right rules, I could earn His favor. I thought performance would lead to freedom, but it only led to deeper bondage, shame, and condemnation. I didn’t really know God—I was chasing what He could do for me.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.” — Ephesians 2:8–9
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1

That same striving showed up in my fitness journey. What began as a desire to feel strong and healthy slowly turned into vanity. I wasn’t training for wellness, I was chasing a body to feel worthy and validated. I was more focused on how I looked than how I was truly doing.

And the truth is, it’s entirely possible to look healthy on the outside, but be deeply unhealthy on the inside. I looked "put together," but I was spiritually dry, mentally overwhelmed, emotionally numb, and disconnected from God. Outward fitness meant nothing when my soul was exhausted and my heart was far from Him.

But everything changed when I stopped striving and surrendered. I came face to face with my need for a Savior. That’s when I received the truth: salvation isn’t earned—it’s a free gift. It’s not about checking religious boxes but resting in what Jesus has already finished on the cross.

“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
“It is finished.” — John 19:30

Grace taught me this: God’s love isn’t earned. It’s freely given.

“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8

Now, I want you to experience that same freedom, surrounded by sisters in Christ.

This community exists to help you grow in your relationship with God, navigate life, and honor your body through health and wellness—not out of pressure, shame, or the need for validation, but from a place of knowing you are already loved, seen, and accepted in Jesus.

Because as 1 Timothy 4:8 reminds us:

“Physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”

Together, we’re learning to live whole and free; not by striving, but by surrendering.
And you’re invited, sis!

Strengthening your faith

Wrestling with doubt, spiritual dryness, or inconsistency in your walk with God.

The spirit of fear + doubt

Letting anxiety, insecurity, or uncertainty hold you back from fully trusting God.

You’ll be surrounded by women who speak truth, build faith, and fight fear with the Word.

Pride + Insecurity

Relying on self more than surrendering to God, resisting correction, or seeking validation from the world.

*What I didn’t realize for so long is that insecurity is actually a form of pride. It may not look like arrogance on the outside, but at its core, it’s still self-focused. I was constantly consumed with how I looked, how I was perceived, and whether I measured up. I didn’t feel good enough, but I was still relying on myself to be enough. That’s pride, thinking it’s all on me. And it was exhausting. True humility came when I stopped obsessing over my weaknesses and finally fixed my eyes on Jesus. Surrendering my insecurity was just as important as surrendering my self-righteousness because both kept me from fully trusting God’s love.

This space encourages humility, surrender, and letting God lead every part of your life.

Accountability

Wanting to grow but lacking people who will check in, challenge you, and walk with you in truth and love.

You’ll have sisters who lovingly check in, pray with you, and help you stay on track.

The spirit of rejection

Consistently feeling unworthy, overlooked, or unloved — even in the presence of God's truth and community. Battling inner thoughts of not belonging, fear of abandonment, or an intense need for approval, often rooted in past wounds. Despite your faith, you find it difficult to fully receive God’s love and walk confidently in your identity in Christ.

You're not alone!

This community is here to provide the support, encouragement, and practical tools you need to grow stronger spiritually, mentally, and physically, while remaining rooted in God’s word.

Your fitness journey is not a diet, it's a dying..

  • You're dying to laziness, excuses, and old habits.

  • You're dying to seeking approval from others.

  • You're dying to instant gratification in favor of long-term reward.

  • You’re killing the ego that says “I can’t,” “I’m tired,” or “I’ll start tomorrow.”

  • You're surrendering comfort for the sake of becoming stronger not just physically, but mentally and spiritually.

Romans 12:2

"Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God this is your true and proper worship."

Taking care of your body is a form of worship when done with the right heart. Your fitness journey becomes part of your spiritual walk a place where discipline, surrender, and purpose intersect.
